Martha’s Helpers

Martha’s Helpers takes its name from the story of Martha and Mary in the Gospel of John.  We are a group of parishioners that is willing to help whenever there are parish events which require “details of hospitality.”  This group was formed with the concept of one of the founding beliefs of our Parish- “We Are Family”.  We put those words into action by helping members of our family during times of need such as birth of a baby, death of family member, operation, or illness.

How to get Involved

If you enjoy cooking and helping others, please consider joining our ministry; we are always recruiting!  This is a ministry for all ages – the entire family can participate. Children can help prepare meals and deliver food while learning a valuable lesson about helping others. It’s also a great way to meet other members of our parish.  Time commitment for this ministry is minimal and very rewarding.
