COVID-19 Update 11/18/2020

Dear Fellow Parishioners, This is the latest update to the Covid-19 restrictions in the Santa Cruz County, as per Governor Newsom. Effective Tuesday, November 17th, 2020 all Churches are closed for indoor service until further notice. This is extremely difficult and challenging for all of us especially as we are entering the Advent and Christmas seasons. Because of the unpredictability of the weather, we have decided to live stream the Mass at 7:00am and 10:00 am on Sundays. There will be no weekday daily Mass or Saturday Vigil Mass. If you participate in the Mass at home, you can come to the church from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to receive communion outside the front doors of the church by Father and an Extra Ordinary Minister of the Eucharist. Please wear a mask and follow the signs for safe distancing. If you are not feeling well, please receive spiritual communion at home. Offering baskets will be available for your convenience. Advent books will also be available for a donation. Thank you for your patience and support of our Parish. We will inform you of any updates or changes as soon as we hear. God’s Richest Blessings, Fr. Wayne Dawson Pastor

RCIA—Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

RCIA—Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults—is a comprehensive process designed to guide adults interested in joining the Catholic Church. This can be through baptism and/or reception of the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.

RCIA is open to people who have not been baptized in the Catholic religion. It is also open to people of other Christian faiths or to those who have been baptized but have not pursued the reception of the sacraments of Reconciliation,  Holy Eucharist, or Confirmation This faith journey is one in which those seeking membership in the Catholic Church are welcomed through a series of rites with the companionship of a sponsor and reception of the church community. If you would like more information about RCIA, please contact the church office.
